- We are dedicated to providing quality animal health care for the animals of San Juan del Sur and its surrounding communities at no cost for its local residents. In collaboration with World Vets we provide spay neuter clinics to control the animal population. These clinics allow us to provide educational opportunities for animal health care professionals and veterinary students.
